Meet Daniela, Founder of Healing Roots Psychotherapy
Hi, I’m Daniela Arrieta, RP. I help BIPOC adults who carry the weight of family and cultural expectations, and who feel disconnected from themselves, heal from trauma so they can experience ease, compassion, and belonging. Many of my clients come feeling unseen, exhausted from holding it all together, or unsure of where they belong, and my work is centered on helping them feel fully recognized and supported.
My approach is trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and rooted in Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic awareness, and compassion-focused therapy. I see therapy as a safe space to reconnect with yourself, explore your story without judgment, and nurture your inner strength. I was drawn to this work through my own journey of navigating cultural identity and healing intergenerational wounds, and I bring both empathy and professional guidance to every session.
